After studying art history and art, she began her career in 1989 presenting a collection of wigs at the “Hôtel des Arts de Paris”.

Thanks to the exhibition, Sylvie won the award of Best Parisian Young Artist. Jacques Chirac presented her to the press, and the City Hall of Paris took care of her public relations. As a result, Sylvie made numerous TV interviews: prime time news, “Cercle de minuit”, “Paris Première” and more.

Engaged in the biggest agency of hairdressing studio of Paris and New York, she works in Paris, London and New York for the magazines such as “ELLE”, “MARIE-CLAIRE”, “VOGUE” as well as several other womens magazines.

Her activity extends to the fashion shows. She collaborates with the best hairdressers: “CHANEL”, “CHRISTIAN DIOR”, “CELINE”, “THIERRY MUGLER”, “GALLIANO”, “HERMES”, “JEAN-PAUL GAULTIER”, and many more. Sylvie participates in numerous advertising campaigns with the biggest agencies. She designs all the makeups and hair styles of the portraits for the restaurant “Le Kong”, which was designed by Philippe Stark.

After 15 years of activity, Sylvie decided to be represented in Paris exclusively by Ann Ramirez.

On the 16th of September 2003, she decided to make her knowledge and experience available to women and men by opening her hairdressing studio.
